The Bungalow is a perfect blend of creative & contemporary designs with a well-defined modern vocabulary. The architectural forms and expertise have been channelized into providing floor plans integrated with Vastu principles. Right from the terrace floor, the skylight lets the sun rays go down to the ground floor to naturally light the Bhramhstan designed with tulsi Vrindavan. The floors are stacked in a way where the 1st level is dedicated to office space, whereas the top floors are residences with the terrace crowning it. The reductive palette of the grey facade with terracotta niche orbiting the glass band is emphasised to define the functionality of each space.
