Utilizing the prominent entrance space to give perfect representation of the house elevates the overall ambience. Here we got the opportunity to design integrated lobbies with self identity serving unique purposes. The main lobby welcomes one with a grand & luxurious attribute with a huge copper tinted mirror in front of the lifts which also adds character to the design of the vestibule. Center lobby connecting the main entrance & the lift lobby represents the identity of the flats and has an amalgamation such that the design of the same blends together. The design approach is minimal but also refined. For instance, natural material like concrete is highlighted with subtle lighting. Aesthetically pleasing copper finish featured wall leaves the onlookers completely enthralled.

Designing a compact house has always been a challenge but modifying a one-room kitchen into a compressed 1bhk is a significant task. We proposed the concept of total integration of space where uses are identified & consolidated as per needs. The passage is the central link between the living, kitchen & bedroom areas. With an unobstructed view through low glass windows open on the balcony, we have made such a furniture layout to make it cozier. The dining area proposed is one of the corners of the living space and has its distinction in the integral.The bright color scheme and the feature wall add character & indoor plants allow breathing in compact spaces and facilitate ventilation. The textures, material & natural lights create rhythmic patterns throughout the day.

The supermarket concept offered the convenience of a dazzling selection of goods as per customer’s choice. Here is our vision for a compact general store located in a busy area of suburban Mumbai. Considering the low budget use case, we have experimented with a color palette highlighting grooves from the ceiling top through the wall. While in the layout proposed wide open aisle allows the display of goods & separates the cash counter area from the transition space. Simple & sturdy racks and enclosed storage below the counter provides maximum store space without disturbing the aesthetic of the design.

In response to the client’s request for a minimalistic yet contemporary design, we introduced elegant elements throughout the space. The living room features a refined molding pattern on the wall, while the TV wall seamlessly integrates with the mandir area, creating a distinct separation while still enhancing the overall aesthetics. The dining area boasts a ceiling that extends down the wall, drawing attention to the crockery unit, which is highlighted by a mirror that reflects the dining table, offering a sense of spaciousness. Each bedroom is customized to reflect the user’s personality while maintaining a cohesive design. Despite the kitchen’s compact size, we incorporated a sleek grey and wood contemporary finish, complete with a pantry unit that cleverly conceals appliances, maximizing both style and functionality.

This 4BHK residential flat epitomizes minimal contemporary design with a seamless blend of simplicity and luxury. Communal break areas are strategically placed to encourage relaxation and social interaction, fostering a dynamic and collaborative work environment. Designing in Mumbai is always a challenge, but we embraced it with creativity and innovation for this 1BHK apartment in Dadar. Our design includes a layout that transforms the space into a lively and engaging environment. We used a thoughtful color palette, traditional lippan work, eye-catching wallpaper, and various textures to add character to the home. The clever use of natural and artificial lighting enhances the ambiance and makes the apartment feel spacious and inviting. The layout includes a seamless connection between the all area. Perched at the top of the building, the apartment offers stunning views of Mumbai, adding to its charm. This design perfectly blends modern elements with traditional touches, creating a unique and cozy living space in the heart of the city.

“Efficient Elegance” redefines compact living with a sophisticated 1BHK design. Grey and marble finish themes create a calm ambiance, while space-saving furniture ensures functionality. A folding dining table and sofa cum bed optimize living space, complemented by a shoe rack with box sit-out. The bedroom features a folding study table and highlight bed back wall with a herringbone pattern, paired with a sleek fluted acrylic panel wardrobe. This design harmoniously balances style and practicality, perfect for modern city living.

The office space, an extension of the existing premises, seamlessly blends the old theme with modern design elements while maintaining the original guidelines. To create a fresh and vibrant atmosphere, we introduced pop-up colors in the flooring, modesty panels, and select walls in the meeting rooms. These subtle accents allowed us to add a modern touch without disrupting the overall aesthetic. The most notable design change is the transformation of traditional cabin partitions into sleek grid glass facades. This not only preserves the harmony with the meeting room’s design but also adds a bold statement, enhancing the space’s contemporary appeal. The result is a cohesive office environment that respects its roots while embracing a fresh, dynamic look.

Transforming a workspace goes beyond mere renovation—it’s about cultivating an environment where ideas thrive and productivity reaches new heights. Our recent commercial office design project exemplifies this philosophy. We crafted a vibrant and harmonious office atmosphere using a curated color palette of cheerful yellow, energetic orange, calming olive green, and earthy tones. The reception area seamlessly merges with a small meeting room, resulting in a spacious and elegant lounge. The Director’s cabin has been reimagined as a conference room, featuring themed colors, textured wall panels, and stylish blinds. At the core of this transformation is the conversion of the boardroom into a coy cafeteria, providing a welcoming space for employees to unwind and collaborate. The cafeteria’s geometric curves, acoustic panels, and vibrant graphic art enhance both aesthetics and functionality, making the office a place where employees love to be.
