The design of this duplex reverberates with the
harmony of the place looking upon the green lawn
pocketed into different unequal spaces at different
level. Located amidst the serene beauty of this
widespread arena of Konkan, its regality was further
enhanced with state-of-the-art technologies.
Articulations were put into action using
contemporary approaches thus lifting up the plot’s
authenticity. Taking a note of the town’s weather
condition the stone-cladded walls are designed to
regulate the indoor temperature so as not to succumb
to the rains. Rooftops with wooden bases are fitted
at different levels carving a terrace, adhering to
our prime objective of spaciousness. The
contemporary perspective with intricate designing
and innovative approaches crisscrossed via wooden
staircases is a key factor. Leaving no space
unturned this master-piece gives a feeling of
satisfaction and fulfillment as ‘one’s dream home’.
